These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smileproof website at smileproof.ai (the "Website") and the Smileproof application (the "App"), together the "Service". The Service is provided by Smileproof, a product of ClinicEdge Studio ("Smileproof", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Website or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Smileproof is a chairside smile-simulation tool for dental clinics. It turns a patient photo into a realistic before-and-after preview for procedures such as veneers, whitening, bonding, reshaping, and full smile makeovers, so that a patient can see a possible result and discuss it with the clinician.
Smileproof is a visualization and communication aid only. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, not medical or dental advice, and not a promise or guarantee of any clinical outcome. The actual result of any dental treatment depends on clinical factors that only a qualified dentist can assess. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating dental professional.
The App is intended for use by licensed dental professionals and dental clinics. By using the App you represent that you are authorised to do so and that you will use it in line with the professional and legal standards that apply to your practice.

Access to the App is provided under a subscription, typically a per-device (per-iPad) license. The specific plan, price, and term are set out in your order or onboarding agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future terms with reasonable notice.
The Service, including the software, design, brand, and content, is owned by Smileproof and ClinicEdge Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, for your clinic's internal use only. You keep all rights to your own patient data and clinic content.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any simulated preview will match an actual treatment result.
Nothing in the Service replaces professional clinical judgement. Patients should rely on the advice of their treating dentist, not on a simulated image.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smileproof and ClinicEdge Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smileproof and ClinicEdge Studio from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service, your patient interactions, or your breach of these Terms or of any law, including data protection and consent obligations.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the App ends. Patient data on your device remains under your control and responsibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Amman, Jordan have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law where you operate provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
