How much does Smileproof cost?

Four options, in USD: a $49 credit pack (50 patient previews and 5 lab reports, valid 3 months), a $120 credit pack (150 patient previews and 10 lab reports, valid 3 months), Pro at $99 a month per location (150 patient previews and 15 lab reports every month) and Smile Lead Engine at $299 a month per clinic (a hosted patient-acquisition page with 300 patient previews every month). What counts as a preview?

One generated before-and-after for one patient photo. Re-running the same case with different options uses additional previews. On a credit pack, credits are drawn down as you use them and stay valid for 3 months. On a monthly plan, your allowance resets each billing cycle.

Do credits expire?

Not for 3 months. A credit pack is a one-off purchase and its credits stay valid for 3 months from the day you buy. Monthly plans include a fresh allowance each billing cycle.

Who handles billing and taxes?

Every clinic starts with a free 30-day pilot. Paid billing is arranged with you directly, with no online checkout, and any local VAT or sales tax is shown on your invoice.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans, yes, anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Credit packs are one-off purchases rather than subscriptions. See our Refund Policy.
